A Rectangular Springform Pan for the Perfect Cake
Do you enjoy making the pies and cakes for your family celebrations? I always do and especially the birthday cakes. I’ve always had great fun baking birthday cakes because there are just so many creative ways to decorate them. The only part that used to drive me a bit crazy was getting the cake itself to turn out just right. I always seemed to have a problem getting the cake to release cleanly from the pan, without losing a chunk of the cake that I would have to then cover up with heavier icing or some sort of decoration to hide the mistake. But no more since I found this fantastic rectangular springform pan from Kaiser.
I always knew of springform pans, but to me they were always in the traditional round style used most commonly for cheesecakes. I had no idea that they made a nice 13 inch rectangular springform cake pan too, how clever. No more cake sticking to the pan as I tried to shake it loose from the pan – simply undo the buckle, remove the sides and there is your perfect cake. It has now become one of my favorite cake pans to use, whether it’s for delicious birthday cake or a batch of double chocolate brownies.
