My goal this summer was to have my backyard totally fenced in with a six foot privacy fence. I have a neighbor that can’t seem to keep her yard picked up, trimmed and neat and I just got tired looking out my kitchen window into her dump of a backyard. Since I cannot control the way she is (and she is a very nice lady) I decided that I needed to concentrate on what I could control; me.
