Finally, squats and lunges are always a favorite, though they can be difficult to do at first. Instead of going to a run around the track, try lunging all the way around. If you do these 3, you will definitely see some improvement in you back side. However, enough cannot be said about eating right. It really helps, so try a program like Medifast or your own diet for greater results.
