Onions Stay Fresher in this Ceramic Onion Keeper
Rare is the dish that I don’t think is improved by adding a little onion. Hot dogs, omelets, soups, casseroles, salads, green beans, sandwiches- all improved by adding some fresh onion. Onions sauteed in a small amount of butter or baked with a bit of chicken stock create a very nice flavor addition to many meals. However, keeping fresh onions n the kitchen has been a challenge.
