Which Water Filter Refill is Best?
It’s time to replace your water filter cartridge and you’re not sure which one to buy. Well, here’s your answer. Certain filters call for certain refills. For example, you can buy a Brita OB03 filter cartridge for the “Classic”, “Riviera”, and “Slim” models just to name a few. The manual that comes with your water filter will list what type of replacement cartridge you will need to buy. If you lose your manual and you are at the store ready to buy your replacement, you can always check the box for the type of filter you have, and it should tell you which one to buy.
These Brita filter replacements are sometimes quite pricey but they can last quite a while and are worth the money. You can also buy some off-brand generic type water filter replacement cartridges. For example, some generic types fit the Pur Filters. As long as it is a working, non clogged filter, I have been happy with the content of my water, so just make sure it fits your product.
